I don't know if this photo does it justice but this orange cake is so moist and fluffy, it's so good. I had a small slice left on day 2 and in a airtight container it was still as fluffy and yummy. A delight !

"What am I gonna serve for dessert ?" It's a question I ask myself pretty much everytime we have people over for a raclette. It's a french thing, melting cheese on potatoes with charcuterie. Here are a few ideas I use when I want to serve a dessert after dinner.
