Peach & prosciutto caprese

Far from your very traditional caprese salad but don't judge me! Or do but try it anyway. I added a few non-traditional bits to make it extra special and delicious, it's refreshing, perfect for Summer! What's going on here : sweet cherry tomatoes, serrano ham, fresh basil, an extra creamy burrata with truffles and juicy sun-gorged peaches. Add to that a delicious fresh basil dressing and you're good to go. It's so good and refreshing. Truffled burrata? Yes please! It's obviously option and you

Colorful asian inspired cabbage salad with peanut butter dressing

A summery salad to add to the salad collection of the blog, I was craving coleslaw but then decided to add a few asian-ish elements that I like! So we ended up with cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts and a creamy peanut butter dressing, that is sooo good.

Whipped feta and tomatoes tart

Let me introduce to your next favorite summer colorful tart. Instead of just spreading wholegrain mustard, as it's usually done, I whipped fetta and added a few other ingredients to make a fluffy spread. It really adds texture and richness to this light dinner.

Pineapple salsa

A very refreshing pineapple salsa, sour just enough and sweet! It is the perfect side for all your summer grilling sessions, spoon it over grilled chicken or even fish, it's sooo good.

Goat cheese, preserved lemon & mint dip

I love dips of all sorts! And because I still had some preserved lemons in my fridge, I thought it might taste good with goat cheese and mint in a dip. It was BRILLIANT.
