Spinach and goat cheese mini quiches

Shrimp fajitas

Very crispy baked chicken wings

A very simple recipe today for people who, like me, hate frying things at home. I am scared of oil frying and do it as less as I can. You still get nice crispy chicken wings by using baking powder (not baking soda, let's be clear).

Homemade cheesy cordon bleu

Cordon bleu are pretty much a french classic, it's a chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese that is breaded and fried or baked to seal all the goodness inside.
